Structural features

The hollow shaft (12) is directly connected to the roller through threads or flanges, serving as the main rotating component. The sealing structure integrates the structural characteristics of Q-type and D-type rotary joints and adopts a balanced sealing design, which ensures that the pressure generated at both ends of the sealing ring (8) is almost equal due to the working pressure. This effectively reduces the sealing load on the sealing end face, thereby extending the service life. The rolling bearings (10) support the hollow shaft, significantly reducing the rotational torque and making the operation flexible. Additionally, with its small size, light weight, it can be applied to higher rotational speeds.
