Structural Characteristics

Its structure is reasonable, with stable sealing performance and convenient maintenance. It is the most widely used type among similar products. The structure is shown in the figure; the outer tube body should be connected to the roller or drying cylinder, serving as the main rotating component; the spherical surface of the outer tube body, the bottom cover bottom plane, and the graphite ball surface sealing ring that have been finely processed together form a reliable moving seal friction pair; the spherical sealing ring slides in the annular space within the housing, and with the tight cooperation of the oil-free bearing and the housing, the rotating joint is freely supported, so the installation accuracy requirements are not high; after the spherical sealing ring wears out, it can be compensated at any time with the pre-pressure of the spring, and during the compensation process, the housing moves backward slowly and the wear degree of the sealing element can be observed through the lines on the outer tube body; when steam, water or other media flow through the spherical sealing ring and the oil-free bearing, a very thin liquid film is formed, providing sealing and lubrication, thereby reducing friction and wear and prolonging the service life. In addition, the double ears are used on the housing for support, making the support of large-sized rotating joints more stable and the sealing more stable.

The spherical sealing ring slides in the annular space within the shell, and with the tight cooperation of the oil-free bearing and the shell, the rotating joint is freely supported, so the installation accuracy requirements are not high; when the spherical sealing ring is worn, it can be compensated at any time with the pre-pressure of the spring. During compensation, the shell moves backward slowly and the wear degree of the sealing element can be observed through the lines on the outer pipe body. When steam, water or other media flow through the spherical sealing ring and the oil-free bearing, a very thin liquid film is formed, providing sealing and lubrication, thereby reducing friction and wear and prolonging the service life.
