The 1ZL-QL-80 to TZL-QL-200 series stepping devices produced by Zhonglian Heavy Industry are the key equipment for the vaporization cooling system of the step-frame type heating furnace. These stepping devices are integrated with multiple patented technologies. Zhonglian Heavy Industry is currently the only manufacturer in China that has a simulation test bench for stepping devices. They are also exported to Europe, Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa. The models of the ball-type rotary joints in this device, from TZL-QL-80 to TZL-QL-200, are the main equipment for determining the success or failure of the gas vaporization cooling process. Their structure must be able to synchronize with the movement of the movable frame without any obstruction. The spatial structure dimensions of the flexible components must ensure that multiple groups can move synchronously on different trajectories. The step frame needs to perform 50.5 million rectangular movements each year, and the ball-type rotary joints follow the same number of movements. The rotation is very frequent. It has both 360° directional rotation and up, down, and left-right directional rotations. The internal fluid pressure is approximately 2.0-4.0 MPa, and the temperature is 200°C with water or steam mixture. Therefore, the processing quality, accuracy, sealing performance, flexibility of rotation, and installation stability of the ball-type rotary joints are all very high requirements. Moreover, a long service life is also required. Thus, Zhonglian Heavy Industry has developed the ball-type rotary joints of models TZL-QL-80 to TZL-QL-200, which are particularly suitable for the vaporization cooling system of the step-frame type heating furnace.
