Structural features:

The hollow shaft (10) is connected to the roller or drum via threads or flanges, serving as the main rotating component and moving synchronously with the equipment. The sealing ring (7) together with the hollow shaft and the corrugated compensator (5) form a floating double-end face sealing friction pair, which helps to reduce the disadvantages such as poor sealing caused by the poor concentricity of large and heavy equipment. The sealing ring is made of carbon graphite that has been impregnated and has good self-lubrication properties, thereby reducing friction and wear and increasing the service life. After the sealing ring wears out, the corrugated compensator compensates for it at any time with the pressure of the spring. The use of the bearing (12) not only provides support but also improves the rotational accuracy and reduces the friction torque.
