This dual-line centralized lubrication system, with a nominal pressure of 20 MPa, is used as a metering oil supply device. Under the alternating supply pressure of the two oil supply pipes, it directly pushes the piston by the oil supply pressure to supply oil, completing the function of quantitatively distributing lubricating grease to each lubrication point.

The SSPQ-L type bidirectional oil distribution valve has oil supply ports on both the front and bottom. The piston of the distribution valve moves in opposite directions, and lubricating grease is discharged from the oil supply ports on the front and bottom respectively. Compared with the DSPQ type distribution valve, the number of oil supply ports of this type has been doubled. A screw is pre-embedded at the lower right position of the oil supply port on the front side, which can be combined into one port to facilitate changing to an odd number of oil outlets, making the system piping simple. The SSPQ-L2, 3, and 4 series of distribution valves have the same number of oil supply ports and the same installation dimensions, making it easy to change the model and replace easily.

This type of distribution valve can directly observe the working condition of the distribution valve through the movement of the indicator rod, and the oil output of each oil supply port can be conveniently adjusted within the specified range by adjusting the screw.

DSPQ-L Series: (Note: The loss volume refers to the flow rate required to push the guide piston) The DSPQ-L and SSPQ-L series distributors use a medium of 265 cone penetration (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm lubricating grease (NLG10#~1#) or lubricating oil with a viscosity grade greater than N68. The operating environment temperature is -10°C to 80°C. When the medium is lubricating oil, it can be used under a pressure of 10 MPa.

1. For the distributors installed in environments with a temperature higher than 80°C, it must be specified in the purchase order contract so that high-temperature resistant oil seals can be used during supply.

2. For the SSPQ(DW) type distributors where the corresponding outlets need to be combined, when placing the order, add a subscript after SSPQ, such as SSPQ1 or DI-※※H. If not combined, the "H" at the end will not be included.
