Overview

The SMX※ type distributor is suitable for single-line lubrication systems. As a metering oil supply device, it relies on the piston inside the distributor body to reliably and forcibly distribute the lubricant input from the inlet to each oil outlet of the distributor in the predetermined amount. The distributor consists of one supply body, N intermediate bodies, and one end body. The number of intermediate bodies can be determined according to the number of oil outlets required (at least one). The oil outlets of the distributor are set on the two sides of the distributor. On each body, there is a merging mechanism that combines two oil outlets into one, facilitating the increase of the oil supply volume at the outlet. The minimum number of combined pieces is 3 and the maximum is 10.

Extraction port marking description

T: Basic standard type, with two extraction ports discharging oil from both sides of the intermediate body.

S: There is only one extraction port (i.e., the two extraction ports of the T type are connected), and the oil volume is twice that of the T type. Oil is discharged from the left or right side.

LC: No left extraction port. From the perspective of the oil inlet direction, the left extraction port combines the oil volume with the adjacent rear extraction port.

RC: No right extraction port. From the perspective of the oil inlet direction, the right extraction port combines the oil volume with the adjacent rear extraction port.

2C: No extraction ports. Both left and right extraction ports combine the oil volume with the adjacent rear extraction port.
